The situation

What was in place before we started.

Visible helps people with ME/CFS, Long COVID and POTS pace their days — not a fitness app. A morning HRV reading, taken with the phone camera or the optional Visible Band 2.0 (by Polar), sets the tone; live data flags overexertion and trends reveal what triggers a crash. It is membership-based, with the band sold separately, and runs a research partnership with Imperial College London.
